# Optional add-ons

Three add-ons extend what Corey can do, and each needs something in your name: a Stripe account for payments work, a Composio account to reach a thousand-plus apps, and a licensed UI design kit for interface work. Each is one sign-up plus one command to paste. Corey works fully without them.

## FAQ
Q: Do I need any of these?
A: No. Corey does its job without them. Each one adds depth in a specific area - taking payments, reaching more apps, or designing interfaces - and only matters if that is work you want Corey doing. Add them when the need comes up, not before.

Q: Why can these not just be built in?
A: Because each depends on something that has to be yours. A Stripe account handles your money and must be in your name for legal and tax reasons. A Composio account holds your logins to other services. The design kit is licensed per user. None of the three is ours to hand over, so you sign up and Corey works with what you connect.

Q: What does it cost?
A: Stripe is free to open and charges a fee per transaction. Composio has a free tier. The design kit is a separate licence from its publisher. All three are billed by their own provider, not by us, and you can cancel any of them without affecting the rest of your setup.

Q: Is my payment data safe if I connect Stripe?
A: Yes. Connecting Stripe gives Corey knowledge of how to build payments properly, and the normal approval rules still apply - anything that moves real money in your live account waits for your explicit approval. Card details never touch your own systems, because Stripe handles them.

Q: What if a command does not work?
A: Ask Corey. Paste what you typed and what came back, and it will work out what went wrong. The most common cause is a plugin that installed but needs /reload-plugins before its skills appear.
