Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Presso Network Ltd for using Corey.
Last updated: 27 June 2026. Effective: 1 July 2026.
1. Who we are and acceptance
Corey (the "Service") is operated by Presso Network Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11569104), registered office 404, 3 Friars Walk, Reading RG1 1JB, Berkshire, United Kingdom. By creating a Corey account, adding the Corey connector, or using the Service, you ("you", "your") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- "Service" - the Corey connector, account and related software.
- "Connector" - the Corey MCP server you add inside Claude Desktop or the CLI.
- "Your Content" - the files, data and instructions you create or provide when using Corey.
- "Probation" - the first 28 days during which Corey is provided at no cost.
3. The Service
Corey is an operator that runs recurring work across your business. It runs inside Anthropic's Claude (Claude Desktop or the CLI) as a connector and works from a folder on your own device. Corey proposes work and carries out routine, reversible steps; you remain responsible for the decisions and approvals described in section 8. We may improve, change or withdraw features from time to time.
4. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Corey is a personal subscription - one person, one account. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You also need a separate, paid Anthropic Claude plan that includes the features Corey relies on; that plan is not included in your Corey subscription.
5. Subscription and pricing
- Probation: new customers may use Corey at no cost for 28 days, with no
card required. Your probation starts the first time you run
onboard, not when you add the connector. - Price: after the probation, Corey is £49 per month, billed every 4 weeks (a 28-day cycle, so 13 payments a year), or £490 per year as a single payment up front. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout by Stripe Tax where applicable (UK VAT, or reverse charge for non-UK business customers).
- Founder discount: where offered, founder pricing (50% off locked in for life) requires you to commit within your first 14 days. It is non-transferable, applies while seats last, and is subject to the specific offer terms shown at the time. It continues only while your subscription remains active.
The price and cadence shown at checkout govern your purchase.
6. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds
- Billing: paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each period (every 4 weeks for the monthly plan, or yearly) via our payment provider, Stripe.
- Renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price for your plan, unless you cancel before renewal.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time. Your subscription continues to the end of the current paid period and is not renewed after that.
- Right to cancel: if you are a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a new paid subscription. Because Corey is supplied digitally and you have used it during your free probation, by subscribing you ask us to begin paid supply immediately and acknowledge that this 14-day right ends once supply begins. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
- Refunds: except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current period. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Corey for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing;
- attempt to reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or share access to the Service outside your single account;
- interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, our systems, or other users; or
- use the Service in breach of Anthropic's terms or any third-party service you connect.
8. The approval model and your responsibility
Corey is designed to ask for your approval before anything that is public, involves money, or is irreversible. You are responsible for reviewing and approving such actions, and for the outcome of actions you approve. Corey is a tool that assists you; it does not replace your judgement, and you should check its output before relying on it - particularly for financial, legal, tax or other important matters.
9. Third-party services
The Service runs inside Anthropic's Claude and can connect to third-party tools you choose (for example, email, calendar or accounting tools). Those services are provided by their own operators under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their agreements.
10. Intellectual property and Your Content
We and our licensors own the Service and all related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active. You own Your Content. Corey's work is saved as plain files in your own folder, and we claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or where we must do so for legal or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; Your Content remains in your own folder.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also have the benefit of mandatory rules of the country where you live.
19. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any offer terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us for the Service. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in force. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a business sale or reorganisation. Neither party is liable for a failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). We give notices to you by email to the address on your account. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of them.
